Data submitted through the forms
The application and contact forms (Tally service) send us the information you voluntarily provide: identity, contact details, background, attached files, message. This data is used solely to process your application or enquiry. It is received by email at the studio's address and stored in the Tally form tool. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies: audience measurement only
This site uses no advertising cookies. The only cookie subject to consent is the Google Analytics 4 audience-measurement cookie (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), which helps us understand how the site is used (page views, sources, devices) through aggregated statistics.
It is only set if you accept it via the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no audience-measurement cookie is installed and the site remains fully usable.
Your choice (accept or decline) is stored on your device for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again.
In addition, some embedded content — the Tally forms and the Google Map on the contact page — may set strictly necessary technical elements when displayed.

Under the nFADP (and the GDPR if you reside in the EU), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@www.arthouseacting.com. In Switzerland, the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Retention periods
Applications and messages are kept for as long as necessary to process them and follow up, then deleted. Audience-measurement statistics are kept for a maximum of 14 months.
